We ship worldwide.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders within 24 to 72 business hours of ordering. This means it will leave our facility within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as your package is checked in with the carrier.

Note: It can take the carrier 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.

Can I change the mailing address once an order has been placed?

If you wish to change the mailing address of an order, email us as soon as you receive your order confirmation at hello@islagal.com.

What is Islã Gal’s return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns. However, we offer replacements or store credit should the product arrive damaged. Contact support at hello@islagal.com for assistance.
